American Civil War Monument Unveiling.

This FIRST National Monument to the 40,000+ Canadian participants in the American Civil War (1860’s) will be unveiled in Ault park, home of the Lost Villages Museum.

Some of those participants were from our lost villages. This project was initiated three years ago by the “Grays and Blues of Montreal”, with support from the Lost Villages Historical Society and the Township of South Stormont.
